PAC Committees & Open Roles

Works alongside the president and learns the role with the intention of moving into PAC leadership. Meadowlark has historically used the vice president role as a president-elect pathway.

Works with teachers and families to collect photos and assemble the annual Meadowlark yearbook.

Reaches out to restaurants and businesses, schedules Community Nights, and helps make sure families know how to participate.

Works with Bozeman Children’s Theatre and the PAC on the annual school play, including planning and sponsorship coordination.

Helps plan appreciation activities during the year and additional activities during Teacher & Staff Appreciation Week.

Helps connect people who want to volunteer with current PAC and school needs. This role is currently unfilled.

PAC events like the Fun Run, Trunk or Treat, and Spring Carnival require additional planning and event-day help. Families can join for one event without taking on a year-round PAC role.

Helps share PAC and school information with Meadowlark families via the website, email, social media, and other forms of outreach.
