Meadowlark PAC is a federally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, EIN 46-3790193. The organization has been tax-exempt since October 2014, and eligible donations are tax-deductible.
The PAC treasurer reviews the budget throughout the school year, and financial updates are part of regular PAC meetings. Major funding requests and other spending decisions are discussed through the PAC and recorded in meeting minutes.

Special Funding Requests
Teachers and staff may bring requests to the PAC when they have a school or student need that is not fully covered by available budgets.
Recent examples include instructional software, reading materials, technology for the Life Skills classroom, field trip transportation, sensory supports, and Artists in Residence.
Requests are discussed at PAC meetings and approved through PAC votes.
